Guards hold shares of the vault. Thieves stake against a capped take: up to the cap it's a 50/50 for your stake; above it the odds rise but the bag shrinks, so the thief's edge is β2% at every stake. Losing stakes go to the guards; the 2% fee splits 1.5% guards / 0.5% rake (insurance, platform or HEIST buyback). Mining vaults (Soon tokens only) take 10% per crack and post in ICP (Soon rig + token). Lockdown only follows a crack that takes β₯ 25% of the cap. Degen vaults can be taken whole on a coin flip. Social vaults run crews that resolve at fixed windows, with lockdown and insurance after a crack.

Deploy a dedicated, independent heist vault for any ICRC token on the Internet Computer.
Every rig is owned by the HEIST canister and credited to the guard who funded it. Status is read live from each rig canister; "checked" is the vault's last 30-second poll.
Guards are the house. Thieves gamble against a capped take. Everything is on-chain.
Each vault has a cap: the most one crack can take. Stake up to the cap and it's a 50/50 for your stake. Stake more and your odds rise, but the bag shrinks (bigger crew, smaller bag). Win: you get your stake back plus the bag. Lose: your stake goes to the guards. Every attempt costs a 2% fee.
Deposit to get shares. Every losing stake and 1.5% of every attempt grow the vault, so your slice grows. A crack takes at most the cap. Leave anytime, or hit Retire profits to take only what you've earned.
βοΈ Mining Β· posts paid in ICP; part fuels a Soon mining rig (a lottery, can mine nothing). A crack takes β€ 10%, insurance pays some back.
π₯ Degen Β· a thief staking the whole vault flips for all of it. No insurance. 0.5% of stakes buys HEIST.
π§βπ€βπ§ Social Β· players team up in crews that all strike when the window closes; solo walk-ins only take 2%. After a crack: lockdown until the next window, insurance pays guards back.
Crews form during the window and resolve together at its end; walk-ins can only take 2%, a crew up to 10% per window. After a crack: lockdown until the next window and the insurance fund pays guards back (more against small crews). You can't retire while a funded crew is pending.
